Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Shipping rates are determined by your location and the size of your shipping package. Cost of shipping will be displayed at check-out prior to confirmation and payment of your order. Please confirm before checkout if we can ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, your only option will be to arrange for in-store pick-up at one of our locations in Calgary, Alberta. We cannot ship to PO box addresses.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders received will be processed within 3 to 10 business days. There are times where this may take longer without notice. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been processed and is ready for packaging.

Liquor Plus works primarily with ATS Healthcare and Canada Post. ATS Healthcare allows for temperature controlled shipping.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Signature and ID of an adult who is of legal age will be required upon delivery. If an adult is not present to receive the order, it will be returned to the nearest postal outlet for signature pick up. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for it.
Shipping insurance is provided by the third party carrier, which is an optional purchase by the customer. Liability is limited to the third party carriers own policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Liquor Plus customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you need to return a product for any reason, please contact us at info@liquorpluscanada.com . Note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless a product is deemed defective. If you receive a product that is defective, please email us at info@liquorpluscanada.com .
Please provide a description of the product and the defect(s) and send us the product.
Please note shipping and insurance charges for all product returns must be paid by the purchaser and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility if the product gets damaged or is lost during shipment.

Once received we will inspect the product and email our decision on whether the product is eligible for a refund or replacement. If eligible, we will replace the product, issue a store credit, or refund the purchase price on the original method of payment.
Please also note that items that are older than 5 years and/over purchase price of $100 will not be refunded unless the producer agrees to replace the product. A 15% restocking fee may apply in case of any refunds issued. We are also unable to refund or exchange a product that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or a product that is ordered in error. For us to process returns on a timely basis, all returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Orders cancelled after processed and shipped from our end will not be eligible for refunds.

For any order cancellations or refunds a bank transaction fee of up to 5% (depends on your bank/credit card) as required by the bank/credit card company gets deducted from the amount refunded. Liquor Plus does not charge any transaction fees on orders placed.

For everycancelled order, the following NON-REFUNDABLE fees apply:

A 3.5% of Bank Transaction processing fees is charged on the entire order amount by the credit card company and is non-refundable

Route protection, which is optional when placing an order, is provided by a third-party and is non-refundable after order is received or on partially cancelled orders.

A 15% restocking fee may apply if an order is cancelled after being processed and packed
