Lamb's Palm Breeze amber rum dates back to 1849 and its hexagonal bottle is said to have been created so it wouldn't roll off a ship's table. It's pale gold with a burnt sugar aroma and vanilla flavour. A Caribbean-style, sugar cane-based rum with island spice and molasses best enjoyed with ice and lime or with ginger beer.
